  1. Hosting Services
  • 2.1 Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds for hosting services are only considered within the first 15 days of service activation, provided there is a demonstrable and significant service disruption directly attributable to the Company’s infrastructure.
    • Refunds are not provided for service disruptions caused by:
      • Client errors or negligence.
      • Third-party software or plugins.
      • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks beyond reasonable control).
      • Domain registration fees.
  • 2.2 Refund Process:

    • Refunds for development services are considered only in cases where the delivered product demonstrably fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the project contract.
    • Refunds are not provided for:
      • Changes in project scope after the initial agreement.
      • Client dissatisfaction with design or functionality that was explicitly approved during the development process.
      • Delays caused by lack of client provided items, such as content, or feedback.
  • 3.2 Refund Process:
